Hi — I'm the person tinkering behind this site.

I'm Benedikt GLATZL (last name in all caps because otherwise nobody knows how to spell it) — but please, call me Ben.

By day I lead JTI's Experience Lab — a small cross-functional team that uses research, design, data and (increasingly) AI to figure out what future products and experiences should actually be, and to help the business make sharper calls about them. A lot of my work sits between strategy, product, and emerging tech: turning fuzzy questions into something a team can actually decide on.

By evening, increasingly, it means tinkering with AI to see what it changes about any of that — which decisions get easier, which ones get weirder, and which tools I wish existed.

This site is where I put the results of that tinkering. The demos are sketches I've actually built — small, opinionated, sometimes useful, sometimes not. The notes are me thinking out loud while I figure things out.

A few things this site is not: a consultancy, a course, a newsletter empire, or a pitch for anything. I'm not selling programs or productized services. If that changes one day I'll be upfront about it.

That said — I'm always up for an interesting conversation. Collaborations on experiments, swapping notes with people building similar things, the occasional talk or podcast if the topic fits. Drop me a line and we'll see.
