AI is starting to feel less like a tool I use and more like a material I can build with.
That shift is what I keep poking at. Not the chatbot, not the productivity hacks — the part where you can sketch a small, opinionated tool for one specific problem in an afternoon and actually use it on Monday.

The interesting stuff happens when you stop typing into a box and start shaping a tool around a specific problem.

I'd rather build a rough thing for one decision than read another beautifully designed report.
Thinking clearly still wins
Naming the inputs, outputs, and edges of a problem matters more than how fast the model writes.
